We provide valuations for various purposes on behalf of business organisations, property companies and individuals.

Valuations are often required for company accounts, asset valuations, capital gains tax, or for probate purposes. bdt have two RICS qualified and registered Valuers.

We do not however, offer valuation advice for any form of lending purposes.
