Hermes Investment Management can announce that they have let Grade A office space at Midpoint, Basingstoke to FCB Halesway.
The leading healthcare marketing agency will be taking 7,500 sq ft on the 5th floor of the building which is located in the heart of Basingstoke, adjacent to the Anvil Centre and a ’stones throw’ from the front doors of the railway station.
FCB Halesway, part of the Interpublic Group of Companies, will be relocating from Andover when their office fit out is completed, which is anticipated to be in April/May 2017.
The 5th floor extends to a total of 13,450 sq ft and is currently undergoing a comprehensive Landlord refurbishment to offer prime office space to the North Hampshire market.

AECOM and Capita are among other long-term occupiers within the building. bdt act for Hermes and are jointly marketing the remaining space on the 5th floor, comprising approximately 5,900 sq ft, at an asking rent of £18.75 psf, to include an element of existing glazed partitioning.
