BDT are pleased to report on behalf of their clients, CEG, that they have recently completed two transactions in Network House Basing View Basingstoke.  The first was the letting to CPS Support Ltd, who have taken a suite on the first floor of 2,874 sq ft.

The second transaction was to Osprey Health Consulting, a tenant in the building, who have expanded to take the remainder of the 8^th floor of 4,785 sq ft.

Brian Pickett of BDT commented “the client has always invested intelligently in the building and provided a good quality working environment, which has proved attractive to tenants.  This can be seen by the new letting and Osprey Consulting decided to expand within the building rather than move outside”.

BDT are marketing the remaining space in the building which varies from suites of 804 sq ft up to a whole floor of 6,292 sq ft.
