On behalf of clients, bdt incorporating Woodford & Co, have let Unit L1 Grafton Way to Chillisticks Ltd.  The unit totals approximately 18,590 sq ft and was let on a new lease for a term of 20 years, subject to tenant’s breaks.

Chillisticks are specialists in dry ice supply, serving clients across the various sectors including industrial, medical and leisure.

bdt represented the landlord, and the tenant represented themselves.  Bdt will also be marketing unit 4 The Ringway Centre which totals 3,993 sq.ft which Chillsticks will be vacating.
