The successful marketing of office suites within Network House continues at pace, with the result that the building is now over 90% occupied. All of the suites in question have been significantly refurbished by the Landlord, Commercial Estates Group Ltd, and in most instances the programme of Works has been extended towards upgrading and updating the lift lobby areas and toilets.
French owned company, Dalet UK Ltd have leased 2,867 sq ft on the 1st floor, and will shortly be joined by DotLabel Ltd who are signing for 1,105 sq ft on the same floor level. On the 8th floor, new tenant, Example IT Ltd will occupy a fully furnished suite of 1,407 sq ft.

All 3 organisations are relocating internally within the town and are committing to minimum lease periods of 3 years, or more.
With the lack of supply in the building, and generally for smaller office suites across Basing View nowadays, quoting rents have been increased to £15.00 per sq ft. BDT are the appointed sole agents.
