CR Limited, a specialist relocation company, have completed their own relocation of operations from Belvedere House to Network House on Basing View. They will now occupy offices of just under 5,000 sq ft on the 8th floor within the building.
The move from one Basing View location to another serves to endorse the positive attributes of the in-town ‘business park’ location, which is the subject to a fair amount of activity at present underpinned by its proximity to the newly improved motorway junction, the railway station and all other town centre amenities.
bdt represented the owners of Network House whereas HCR were locally advised by London Clancy. A new 10 year lease with a fifth year break option was signed on floor space which had already been partially fitted by a previous tenant. 20 car parking spaces were allocated.
HCR’s website highlights their expertise in the relocation sector, stating that they deliver a “hands-on solution to the relocation and accommodation challenges facing (their) client’s employees”. Some of their client base includes UK and overseas governments and foreign embassies. They have recently been awarded the accolade of the Relocation Management Company of the year.
Network House continues to offer excellent value for money in amongst a location which is experiencing rental increases within prime buildings. The building owners continue to invest and manage their asset, recognising that the 1970s ‘original’ build requires constant adaptation and upgrade in order to meet modern day tenant requirements.
