Unit 2 totalling 31,974 sq ft was let to Yusen Logistics who will use it as a base to service their Southern contracts.
Unit 3 totalling 28,498 sq ft has been let to DFS Logistics.
Brian Pickett of BDT commented “These two lettings at rents both in excess of £11.50 per sq ft have shown the strength of the industrial market in Basingstoke. We continue to see strong demand for new developments, and believe the success in having let all 3 units shows the strength of this particular location and of Basingstoke as a whole.
These figures will add to a very strong take up in the first quarter, with over 260,000 sq ft already let this year, which include the letting of ST Modwen Park, Jays Close and a further 100,000 sq ft elsewhere is under offer and close to completion.”.
