Canmoor and IPIF have let Unit 1 Tyson Park, Chineham, Basingstoke. Tyson Park is the latest industrial development in Basingstoke and has only just reached practical completion. The building totals 56,960 sq ft and has been let to Comtech, the American satellite company, who will be basing their European Headquarters at the building. This is the largest letting in Basingstoke for several years and the early letting shows the quality of the scheme and its location.
There are two other units of 28,498 sq ft and 31,974 sq ft available. Each unit has the benefit of its own secure yard, and 8 m eaves. It has excellent parking, the units having 62 car spaces and 70 car spaces respectively, with high quality air-conditioned offices in each unit.
The buildings are located on the Chineham Park and have the benefit of the park amenities, as well as excellent access to the M3 and up to the M4 (junction 11).
