The final warehouse unit on The Rose Estate in Hook, north Hampshire, has been let by Kingmere Ltd.
Unit 4, comprising 10,800 sq ft (1,004 sq m) is to be occupied by P&H Snacksdirect Ltd, owned by Palmer & Harvey. It will serve as a regional distribution hub, delivering crisps, snacks and biscuit brands to independent retailers. It is understood that the Hook premises will replace two existing P&H branches, one of which is currently in Basingstoke.
Kingmere Ltd were represented by north Hampshire agents, bdt and Hollis Hockley. P&H were advised by their retained surveyors, Challinor & Co.
The Rose Estate enjoys virtually immediate access to junction 5 of the M3 motorway, whilst also being within walking distance of central Hook. The list of occupiers on the estate presently includes Ascot Wholesale, I4 Exhibitions, STI and Plasma Quest.
