PREMIER INN UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Fishron Securities Ltd, a joint venture company between two well-known local commercial property investors and developers, Lamron Estates from Basingstoke and TA Fisher from Mortimer, is investing several million pounds in part of the rejuvenation of the ‘Top of Town’ area of Basingstoke.
Fishron is in the process of developing an £8 million, 81 bedroom hotel for Premier Inn on the junction of Victoria Street and New Road, whilst also making a further, substantial, investment in the refurbished ‘Vantage’ office property, located opposite.
Both buildings will offer prominence onto the inner ringroad. The new Premier Inn is being built from scratch following demolition of the previous office building on the site. Vantage comprises 18,113 of offices and is available as a whole or in individual floors from 5,920 . BDT are appointed as part of the joint agency team.

The office space in Vantage is offered at a quoting rent of £15.00 per . Parking is available at a generous ratio of 1:187 , and the floors can be offered with existing IT cabling and fittings if required.
