Eskmuir Group have completed the refurbishment of three buildings on Faraday Office Park in Basingstoke. The Works follow a purchase of the office scheme earlier this year by Eskmuir.
BDT are appointed as one of the joint letting agents and are instructed by Eskmuir to remarket space options which range from 3,139 sq ft to 13,073 sq ft. The size permutations available include two self contained 3-storey buildings, with feature curtain wall entrance areas fronting onto the development’s central courtyard. A parking ratio is offered at 1:256 sq ft.
