JBPM Marketing on the Move
Marketing company, JBPM Ltd have recently completed a relocation from Prisma Park in Basingstoke to larger premises at Stanhope Gate in Camberley.
The company, whose mantra is built on the expression “blood, sweat and ideas” employed BDT to search for suitable premises and to undertake the negotiation of lease terms on their behalf.
The original focus of the search was centred on Basingstoke, but it soon became apparent that the town lacked top quality space combining warehousing (for JBPM’s fulfilment services) with decent offices. The search had to be extended to a 15 mile radius from Basingstoke, with the marketing company eventually committing to Units 11 & 12 at Stanhope Gate in Camberley.
The new premises offer JBPM 4,610 sq ft, virtually double the size of their previous Basingstoke building. The two storey property provides first floor offices arranged above good quality storage space with excellent delivery access and parking for 16 cars.
A new 5 year lease term has been signed to coincide with JBPM’s subletting of Unit 5 at Prisma Park to Trust Mark Ltd. In essence, one transaction facilitated the other.
