On behalf of Katana Property, BDT incorporating Woodford & Company have let two further units at their Chineham Point, Crockford Lane Basingstoke a 50/50 high tech scheme.
Unit 3 totalled 3,648 sq ft and was let to Novus Property Solutions Ltd, who took possession within two weeks of agreeing terms. They will be using the premises to serve their local contracts throughout Hampshire.
Unit 5 was let to Clone Media, specialists in print and branding procurement as part of their expansion progamme. The unit totalled 5,445 sq ft and was let on a new lease.
Brian Pickett of BDT Woodford & Company, who acted for Katana Property commented “we now only have one unit remaining, Unit 4, totalling 3,531 sq ft. Katana Property have done an excellent job in refurbishing the units to provide high quality offices with good workshop/stores on the ground with good eaves height, providing an excellent mix of 50/50 high tech industrial/warehouse accommodation”.
