Chillisticks are specialists in dry ice supply, serving clients across the various sectors including industrial, medical and leisure.
bdt represented the landlord, and the tenant represented themselves. Bdt will also be marketing unit 4 The Ringway Centre which totals 3,993 sq.ft which Chillsticks will be vacating.

BDT are pleased to report on behalf of their clients, CEG, that they have recently completed two transactions in Network House Basing View Basingstoke. The first was the letting to CPS Support Ltd, who have taken a suite on the first floor of 2,874 sq ft.
The second transaction was to Osprey Health Consulting, a tenant in the building, who have expanded to take the remainder of the 8th floor of 4,785 sq ft.
Brian Pickett of BDT commented “the client has always invested intelligently in the building and provided a good quality working environment, which has proved attractive to tenants. This can be seen by the new letting and Osprey Consulting decided to expand within the building rather than move outside”.
