Neil founded Baker Davidson Thomas in Basingstoke in November 1992 and having been based in the town since 1984, he brings to the practice approaching 30 years experience of the commercial property market in Hampshire.

He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, through the College of Estate Management, in 1985, having previously studied economics and history at Swansea University. He now heads up the landlord and tenant section of the practice, specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals, he is also involved in development, investment and agency acquisition work.
