Howard is the partner in charge of our rating department and offers over twenty-seven years experience, initially with the Valuation Office. He has represented a wide variety of ratepayers from sole proprietors to multi-nationals including appearances in Valuation Tribunals and even in the Lands Tribunal.He is a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor, a Corporate Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation and a member of the Rating Surveyors’ Association.
Howard also has extensive knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and regularly represents clients in rent review negotiations and lease renewals as well as providing expert witness evidence in this field.
