BDT have been appointed as joint letting agents, with CBRE, to market a total of 35,700 of quality office accommodation on behalf of Level 3 Communications, formerly Global Crossing Ltd.
The appointment comes at a time when there are a few signs of improvement in the local office market – a dozen or so ‘mid-range’ enquiries having been registered with us since the end of the summer holiday season. All of a sudden, viewing inspections appear to be back on the agenda!
Level 3 hold Headleases on buildings in the town known as Ashwood (pictured left below), and Rosalind House (pictured right).
The ground floor space in Ashwood on Chineham Park totals 13,930 arranged over a single floor, fully refurbished by the previous subtenant, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and essentially “Grade A” space with an excellent parking ratio. The floor plate could be subdivided into two sections if necessary.
