This Enterprise Centre scheme comprises a total of 21 workshop units and 8 offices. The workshops generally comprise around 680 – 690 sq ft. The specification of the units will vary to some extent, but generally they include single phase power, a wc unit, broadband and a double personnel sized loading access door.
